Mandatory since 2023 — Regulation (EU) 2021/2117

Your wine e-label, without the headache.

Ingredients and nutrition in all 24 official EU languages, with a QR code ready for your printer. Free for up to 5 wines.

  • No commitment
  • Compliant with (EU) 2021/2117
  • No tracking

One page per wine, everything by the book.

E-Label builds the page the EU regulation asks for, and the QR code that leads to it. Nothing more, nothing less.

From form to bottle, in four moves.

  1. 1

    Fill in the wine

Ingredients, nutrition values, recycling instructions: ten minutes on a guided form.

  2. 2

    Generate the QR code

PNG or SVG, with the regulatory wording and the energy value already set.

  3. 3

    Send it to your printer

The file goes straight onto your front label or back label.

  4. 4

    Your customer scans

They read the page in their own language in two seconds, with nothing to install.

Your customer scans in Berlin, reads in German.

One page, one QR code: it detects the language of the phone and opens in any of the 24 official EU languages, manual picker included. Regulatory wording, not machine translation.

Compliant down to the details.

Since December 2023, every wine produced has to publish its list of ingredients and its nutrition declaration. We apply Regulation (EU) 2021/2117 and its official notice C/2023/1190, point by point.

  • List of ingredients with allergens emphasised, using the official categories of additives
  • Nutrition declaration in tabular format, per 100 ml, kJ then kcal
  • All 24 official EU languages, detected automatically
  • No cookies, no statistics, no tracking of the consumer
  • No marketing content on the page, as Article 119(5) requires
  • A stable address for the whole life of the product, so printed QR codes never break
The full regulation, obligation by obligation

One scan on the back label, and the page opens in the customer’s language.

Tiers, not tolls.

Every plan, the free one included, serves the complete regulatory page in all 24 languages: compliance is never an option. Tiers only change volume and comfort — no cost per scan, no hidden extras.

Frequently asked questions

Will the QR codes I have already printed keep working?

Yes. Every page keeps its original address for life. New QR codes also use a short URL, less dense and easier to scan, but the older addresses are never removed.

Who fills in the pages?

You do, from your own account, on a guided form that already knows the ingredients and packaging used in wine. On the Merchant plan, we can import your catalogue with you.

How are the translations made?

The regulatory content (nutrition, ingredients, allergens, recycling) uses the official wording of the EU regulations in each language. No rough machine translation, and nothing extra to pay.

Is it really compliant?

The page follows Regulation (EU) 2021/2117 and the implementing notice C/2023/1190: allergens inside the list of ingredients, the regulatory nutrition table, zero tracking, zero marketing content. Compliance of the physical label (where the QR code sits, the energy value printed on the bottle) stays in your hands, and your account reminds you of those duties.

Can I stop whenever I want?

The Starter plan is free with no time limit. Paid plans run for a year and never renew against your will. If you leave, we keep your pages online while you organise the move, so a printed QR code never breaks.

Your next bottles leave the cellar compliant.

Create your first page today and the QR code is ready within the hour. Free for up to 5 wines, no card needed.
